About Us — The People Behind This Review

Hi, I’m Satwant Singh.

I’m a health and wellness journalist with 8 years of experience reviewing dietary supplements, natural health products, and wellness tools. I created this site because I got tired of reading reviews written by people who had clearly never touched the product they were writing about.

Every review on this site is written by me, personally. No outsourced writers. No copy-paste templates. No fake testimonials dressed up as research.

Just honest, thorough evaluation — the kind I’d want to read myself before spending my own money.

Why I Started Reviewing Supplements

It started with my own health frustrations.

In my mid-thirties, I started dealing with the kind of symptoms most people quietly accept as “getting older” — brain fog, poor sleep, low energy, and eventually a persistent low-level ringing in my left ear. I went to doctors. Got the usual advice. Made lifestyle changes. Some things helped. Most things didn’t.

Out of necessity, I started researching supplements seriously. Not casually browsing Amazon reviews — actually reading clinical studies, checking ingredient dosages, understanding what mechanisms each compound was supposed to work through.

I quickly realized two things:

First — there are genuinely good supplements out there, formulated by people who understand the science and care about the result.

Second — they are buried under a mountain of overpriced garbage promoted by people who have never used the product and have no idea what’s in it.

That gap is why this site exists.

What My Review Process Actually Looks Like

I don’t write a review after reading the sales page. Here’s what I actually do:

Step 1 — Ingredient research. Before I try anything, I go through every ingredient in the formula. I check the dosage against what clinical studies actually used. I look for red flags — proprietary blends that hide underdosing, trendy ingredients with no real research behind them, combinations that don’t make sense together.

Step 2 — Personal testing. I take the product myself, at the recommended dose, for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. Supplements don’t work overnight. Anyone who tells you differently is selling something. I track my experience week by week — what I notice, what I don’t, any side effects.

Step 3 — Real user research. I look at verified customer feedback across multiple platforms — not the testimonials the company curates on their own website. I’m looking for patterns: what do people who stick with it actually experience? What are the consistent complaints?

Step 4 — Honest verdict. I write up everything — the good, the bad, and who I genuinely think the product is for. If something doesn’t work, I say so. If it has real limitations, I explain them. A review that only tells you the positives is an ad, not a review.

My Background

I have a background in health sciences and have spent the past 8 years writing about the supplement industry for several wellness publications. My focus areas include:

  • Hearing health and tinnitus support
  • Cognitive function and brain health
  • Natural sleep aids
  • Joint and inflammation support
  • Blood sugar and metabolic wellness

I am not a medical doctor, and I want to be clear about that. Nothing on this site is medical advice. I’m a researcher and journalist who takes this work seriously — not a clinician. Always talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you’re on medication or managing a health condition.

My Promise to You

I know there are thousands of supplement review sites out there. Most of them exist to earn a commission, not to help you make a good decision.

I earn commissions too — I’ll be transparent about that. This site contains affiliate links, which means if you buy something through a link here, I may earn a small fee at no extra cost to you. That’s how I keep the lights on.

But here’s the difference: I will tell you when something doesn’t work. I will tell you when a product is overpriced for what it delivers. I will tell you who a supplement is and isn’t right for. Because a reader who trusts me comes back. A reader I mislead doesn’t — and they shouldn’t.

If you ever have a question about a product I’ve reviewed, or something I haven’t covered yet, you can reach me through the contact page. I read everything.

Thanks for being here.
